But one day, in one second, in one moment, in a twinkling of an eye, Our God will return. And at that moment we will be living in forever – the eternal life, and by then it will be too late to ask for one more minute. The thing is, it’s easy to find time for God in our busy lives:
One Minute for God
during the 1 hour 17 minutes on the freeway just to go to work.
One minute for God
26 minutes on number 2 in the bathroom, reading the Wall Street Journal.
One minute for God
Oh, it’s breakfast time; don’t forget to slice the fruit, scramble the eggs, cook the meat, bake the biscuits, squeeze the oranges in the tall chilled glass.
One minute for God
42 minutes waiting on the #57 bus.
One minute for God
12 minutes in a drive-thru, ordering your favorite burger, fries and beverage, and no ice please.
One minute for God
instead of the 31 minutes, including commercials for your favorite television sitcom.
One minute for God
fitted somewhere in the 5 hours in the beauty salon on Saturday, 1 hour on nails, 45 minutes on toes and don’t forget the European facial.
One minute for God
in a 3-hour at a basketball game, 4 hours on the golf course, 2 hours at the tennis match, but just
One minute for God
compared to the 2.5 hours on the Internet, 37 e-mails, 5 downloads and nuemrous chat groups.
It seems like we will always have forever for various things in our lives, but never enough time for God. But one day, at any second, at any moment, with a blink of an eye, Our God will return, and at that moment we will live forever.
Find the time for Him, because without Him you would not have any time to give; acknowledge the Time-Giver, the Way Maker, the Bread-Baker.
